- REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we provide refunds in the following situations:
- If the product does not meet the buyer’s expectations.
- If the user has purchased the product by mistake
- if the buyer’s PC is not able to run the animations included in the products.
To request a refund, please send the refund request via our contact information. The buyer can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product. If 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, we cannot offer a refund.
- PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your refund request, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your refund to be processed and issued. The refund will be made via the original payment method. Please note that if the refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase, the refund request will be denied.
